GamePricer Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the GamePricer app ("the app", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use GamePricer. You may delete your account at any time via Profile → Delete account, which permanently removes your account and associated data.

2. Photos and content you upload

When you add a photo of a game to your collection while signed in, you grant GamePricer a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, reproduce, and display that photo within the app — including showing approved photos to other users as cover art for the matching game title. You keep full ownership of your photos.

You confirm that photos you upload are taken by you and do not infringe anyone else's rights. We may review, decline, or remove any uploaded photo at our discretion. If you delete your account, photos already approved as shared cover art may remain in the app; contact us if you want them removed as well.

3. Subscriptions

• GamePricer Premium is offered as an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or annual), billed through your Apple ID.
• Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods; refund requests are handled by Apple under their policies.

4. Pricing information is an estimate

Values shown in GamePricer — including guide prices, eBay sold data, market movers, portfolio history, and ROI — are estimates derived from publicly available market data. They are provided for informational purposes only and are not appraisals, financial advice, or a guarantee of what any item will sell for. Always do your own research before buying, selling, or insuring collectibles.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app — including attempting to access other users' data, reverse-engineering our services, uploading unlawful or infringing content, or using automated tools to scrape or overload our systems.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GamePricer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions made in reliance on pricing estimates shown in the app.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
